One hour Consultation completed over the phone or by zoom. Recomendations are based on a Body Systems Questionaire that you complete prior to the consultation and information presented during the consultation. You will receive a detailed program to help achive your health goals
Three Month Customized program to help you achieve your health goals. This package includes an Initial One hour consultation, and blood analysis, detailed program, two follow up phone or zoom calls monthly and two follow up blood analysis within a three month time frame.

I accept appointments Monday to Friday from 11AM to 4PM. If you are wanting to book outside of those perameters please contact me directly and I will work to accomodate your request. I do not have set office hours so please contact me prior to your visit to ensure that I will be available.
